We understand that you may wish to delete your"Julian's Editor: Create & Play" account and have your data removed from our systems. Please be informed that upon submitting this request, your account and associated data will undergo a review process and will contact you to verify account ownership, which typically takes up to two weeks to complete.
You can mail us at julianseditor@gmail.com to request your account to be deleted or directly delete it in the app settings. Please note that the account will be directly deleted after the request and there is no way for us to recover it, so please read carefully before making any actions to avoid loosing your account.
1. After deletion of the account, user will not be able to:
Recover the deleted account;
To login in the deleted account regardless of the third party login method provided in the Julian’s Editor App;
Find any information regarding the deleted account including but not limited to username, profile picture, created UGC, etc.
2. After deletion of the account, user’s data and information will be earased including but not limed to:
Username, Profile picture, bio, etc;
Information willingly provided to us during the course of usage of the Julian’s Editor App.
3. After deletion of the account, assets and virtual interests in the account generated during the course of usage of the Julian’s Editor App will be deemed abandoned and cannot be returned or exchanged. This include but not limited to:
Created assets and obtained virtual currency (G Coins);
Other generated but not consumed equity and assets or expected future income.
4. Account deletion is irreversible and irrevocable. Once the account is deleted, it cannot be restored. The ID corresponding to your original account may be assigned to other newly registered users. A new ID will be assigned to the user after deletion of the previous account by default regardless of the login method. Once the account is deleted, the user will no longer be bind to our Terms of Use and policies applicable to registered users agreement between users and us.
Before requesting to us the deletion of your account, your account must meet all the following conditions:
The concerned account must be the one registered through our official and recognized third party sign in methods, and it is the same the user registered and used;
The concerned account does not have any assets under review in the Julian’s Editor App；
There are no unresolved disputes under this concerned account (such as infringement disputes with other users, complaints or reported complaints).
