1. User Agreement
1.1. HORTOR INTERACTIVE TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD here as (“Hortor Interactive”, “We” or “us”) agrees to provide mobile network-based and app based services in accordance with this Agreement and services here as (“terms of servive”)。User of services provided by Hortor Interactive here as (“Users”) entirely agree to these terms by registering to our services here as (Julian’s Editor).
1.2. Julian’s Editor provides to users third party login methods to sign in and use its servicesUsers shall be legally responsible for all activities and events carried out with their user account.
1.3. No matter the sign in method the user chooses, by agreeing to the Terms of use and privacy policies the user fully accepts all the terms under those agreements。
1.4. When users use Julian’s Editor network services, the Julian’s Editor App has the right to conduct non-commercial research based on users’ actions and behaviors within the app.
1.5. Julian’s Editor is open to children and adults above 13 years old, and we ask that you keep this in mind when using the services. When you use Scratch, you agree to abide by the Julian’s Editor Community rules.
2. Services
2.1. Users need to voluntarily download the Julian’s Editor App to use its network and servicess. Julian’s Editor provides (Google, Apple, TikTok and Facebook) as login method to access its services.
2.2. Users understand The Julian’s Editor App only provides Network services via devices (Smarthphones or others mobile device supported by our services. Others expenses are directly covered by the users
2.3. You may not use another person’s Julian’s Editor account without permission.
2.4. If you have reason to believe that your account is no longer secure (for example, in the event of a loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password), promptly change your password. If you cannot access your account to change your password, notify the corresponding login method official support to get assistance.
3. Changes or cease of operation
3.1. Due to certain circumtances Users agree that the Julian’s Editor App can change, suspended or complety shuts down its services.
3.2. Users undersdant that in case maintenance or routine check during which the services may temporarely not be available, Julian’s Editor App has no obligation to take any responsability for such events. However a early notice will be made public to users.
3.3. In case of the followings the Julian’s Editor App has the right to suspend or terminate without any accountability from users or any third party the delivery of its services:

4.1. Users must sign in to officially provided thrid party methods.
4.2. Users take full responsability to keep their personal information safe including third pard party login information and in no case the Julian’s Editor App will take responsability to any missued or third party account hacks.
4.3. For any content that the user can publicly obtain through Julian’s Editor App Network Services users agrees, we have free, permanent, irrevocable, non exclusive and fully sublicensed rights and licenses all over the world for use, reproduction Modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works, disseminate, perform and display such content (in whole or in part), and / or incorporate such content into any other form of work, media or technology currently known or later developed.
5. Virtual Currency
5.1. The virtual currency here as (“G Coin”) used in Julian’s Editor is a point based currency and cannot be used in real life.
5.2. Users can either obtain them in game or use real money to purchase it through official channels recognized by us.
5.3. Virtual currency is not allowed to be traded between users or tranfered.
5.4. Illegaly obtained G coin may result in a temporary or permanent ban .
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Julian’s Editor App networks and services holds all right amd intellectual property concerning its services
6.2. Text, pictures, graphics, audio and/or video materials are protected by copyright, trademark and or other property ownership laws. Without the consent of the relevant obligee, the above materials shall not be directly or indirectly released, played, modified or redistributed for the purpose of playing or publishing in any media, or used for any other commercial purpose. We shall not be liable to users or any third party in any form for any delay, inaccuracy, error and omission arising from the above materials or in the process of transmitting or submitting the above materials, or any damages arising therefrom.
6.3. All rights of any software used by Julian’s Editor App to provide Julian’s Editor network and services (including but not limited to any image, photo, animation, video recording, sound recording, music, text, additional attached materials contained in the software) belong to the copyright owner of the software. Without the permission of the copyright owner of the software, users shall not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software.
6.4. The Julian’s Editor name, Julian’s Editor logo, All builtin assets including bu not limited to (Blocks, Roles, Elements, etc) are Trademarks owned by Hortor Interactive. Unless you are licensed by Hortor Interactive under a specific licensing program or agreement, you may not use these logos to label, promote, or endorse any product or service. You may use the Julian’s Editor Logo to refer to the julian’s Editor App or website and its game engine.
7. User Genarated Content (UGC)
7.1. “User-generated content” includes any games, comments, community posts, Shop assets or anything user submits to Hortor Interactive.
7.2 We encourages everyone to to freely express their creativity through sharing script, art, music, and other works. However, we also understand the need for creators to protect their intellectual property rights. You are responsible for making sure you have the necessary rights, licenses, or permission for any user-generated content you submit to Hortor Interactive
7.3. All user-generated content you submit to Hortor Interative is licensed to Hortor Interactive. Others are allowed to view and remix your content when the origianl creator make their work open source. Hortor has the right to display, distribute, and reproduce your content on the Julian’s Editor App, through social media channels, and elsewhere. If you do not want to license your content, then do not share it on Julian’s Editor
7.4. Users may only submit or post Julian’s Editor related content through our services and networks.
7.5. Although We requires all users to comply with these Terms of Use, some inappropriate user-generated content may be submitted and displayed on the julian’s Editor APP. You understand that when you use Julian’s Editor you may be exposed to user-generated content that you find objectionable or offensive. If you see any content that violates the Community rules or Terms of Use, please let us know by using the “Report” button. You only need to report an item once and we will take it from there and take reasonable actions.
7.6 In addition to reviewing reported user-generated content, we reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor all UGC. We may edit, move, or delete any content that violates the Terms of Use or Community rules, without notice.
7.7 All UGCs are provided as-is. We makes no warranties about the accuracy or reliability of any user-generated content available through Julian’s Editor. We does not endorse any views, opinions, or advice expressed in user-generated content. You agree to relieve us of any and all liability arising from your user-generated content.
8. Suspension and Termination of Accounts
8.1 Hortor Interactive has the right to suspend your account for violations of the Terms of Use or Community rules. Repeat violators may have their account deleted. We reserves the sole right to determine what constitutes a violation of the Terms of Use or rules.

9. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire Terms of Use and supersedes all previous agreements with Hortor Interactive relating to the use of Julian’s Editor.
