HORTOR INTERACTIVE TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD (“us”, “our”) is an international gaming company specialized in the development and publication of mobile games.
The purpose of the privacy policy is to provide with all important information about how and why some data related to you may be collected and processed by us, our practices regarding collection and handling. Using our product(s) and related websites (“Service”) distributed by HORTOR INTERACTIVE TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD (“Hortor Interactive”, “we” or “us”) involves the collection and use of some of your (“User”) data.

We understands how important privacy is to our community, especially kids and parents. We wrote this Privacy Policy to explain what information we collect through our APP: Julian’s Editor, how we use, process, and share it, and what we’re doing to keep it safe. It also tells you about your rights and choices with respect to your information, and how you can contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

When you contract to use the Service, you accept our terms and policies regarding your personal information and you expressly consent to us collecting and processing some of your data, as described in this policy.

Why we collect data from our services?
We do not share your personal data with third parties without your prior consent in the countries where collecting users’ consent may be required by applicable laws and regulations.
When you consent to the collection of data for advertising and analytics purpose, we may share the data listed below with the following categories of recipients:

• Ad Partners: that allow us to monetize the ad inventory of our game and provide users with free products and services.

Those partners usually collect data via their own tools (Software Development Kits or “SDK”). 1. Usage
We use the collected information of users for the following purposes:

• User management and identification
• To detect and deter unauthorized or fraudulent use of or abuse of the Service
• Improvement of existing services and development of new services
• To provide information on promotional events as well as opportunity to participate
• To create users’ generated content
• To comply with applicable laws or legal obligation
• Device region and time zone for personalized experience

2. Collection
We at Hortor Interactive take the protection of your personal data very seriously and strictly abide by the regulations. Data will only be collected to an extent that is technically required. In no case this data will be sold to any third parties for any reasons.

The following declaration gives you an overview on how this protection is guaranteed and which kind of data is collected, for which purposes.

• We collect information when you set up your profile for our Service usage (including profile picture, username, and other user generated content within our provided services);
• We collect your IP address, our Mobile Advertising ID (Apple IDFA or Google AAID - which are technical identifiers developed by mobile operating systems for advertising purposes which remain under your control and can be reset or erased at any time in through your device settings)
• We collect technical information about the device you use and your connection (user agent, type of connection, timestamp)
• We collect data pertaining to your activities on our applications and notably the way in which you interact with our applications (for instance, how and when you use our applications)

• Information we collect about you. We automatically collect certain data from you when you use our applications, this includes your time zone and device information (such as device language, device type, network data, operating system, etc) and information regarding your use of the Service, such as date and time stamps of actions. We also collect and store your data each time you interact with us.

• Information you generate and display in the course of using the Service. You may provide additional information as part of your profile. You may also provide or generate information when you communicate with other users in the Service (e.g., chat log). You acknowledge and agree that information generated within our Service should not be considered private and communications within our Services may be viewed/heard by other users. Please avoid revealing any personally identifiable or sensitive information during such commutations.

• Note: when you register for the Service and link social media or similar accounts (e.g. Facebook, Google, TikTok or Apple) in order to sign in (we DO NOT collect/import/store personal information from your connected social media which includes your name as it appears on your social media profile, profile picture, friends list, etc);

What are your OPT-OUT Rights?
You can stop all collection of information by the Game easily by uninstalling the Game. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or you can also request to opt-out directly through your device settings or by contacting us at: julianseditor@gmail.com

Data Deletion
We understand the importance of maintaining control over your personal information. As a user of our services, you have the right to request the deletion of your data without having to delete your account.

To request data deletion, please contact our support team at julianseditor@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” We will assist you in the process and ensure that your data is removed from our systems in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Please note that some information may be retained for legal, security, or other necessary purposes, as required by law. Deleted data includes but not limited to Personal info, Location, and Device and other IDs.

Upon receiving your request, we will confirm the deletion of your data and inform you once the process is complete.

Data retention and Management
We will Keep data for as long as you use the Game and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will keep collected information for up to one year and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Game, please contact us at julianseditor@gmail.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Game to function properly.

International Data Transfer
Our servers are based in the United States. Personal Information that we collect may be transferred to, and stored at, any of our affiliates, partners, or service providers which may be inside or outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. By submitting your personal data, you agree to such transfers.

Your rights
The users or their legal representatives, may exercise the following rights regarding the collection, use of data collected by Hortor Interactive:

• The right to access: The users or their legal representatives can request access to information and check collection records and their usage.
• The right to rectification: The users or their legal representatives may request to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• The right to erasure: The users or their legal representatives may request the deletion of the information after the achievement of their purpose and the withdrawal of their consent.
• The right to restriction of processing: The users or their legal representatives may make temporary suspension of treatment of personal information in case of the disputes over the accuracy of information and the legality of information treatment, or if necessary to retain the information.
• The right to data portability: The users or their legal representatives may request to provide or transfer the information.
• The right to opt-out: You can change your consent status at any time from the Privacy Settings available in Voodoo mobile games and applications. Please note that if We do not sell the personal information of users, we may share it with third parties such as analytics and advertising companies in order to improve and personalize your experience and adapt the content and ads of our services. Adjusting your consent settings within our game, will allow you to block the collection of data for these purposes and will de facto prevent the sharing of information with our analytics and/or advertising partners.

User’s Obligations

• The users shall keep their personal information up to date and be liable for the problems arising out of or in connection with the information incorrectly input by themselves.
• The users have responsibility to ensure and maintain the security of their information such as Third parties sign in method accounts information, etc. and shall neither assign nor lend such information to a 3rd party. We shall not be held responsible for the user’s mishandling of such information.
• The users shall appropriately manage their personal information and take full responsibility for such management,
• The users shall comply with the applicable laws and statues of personal information protection in each country.

Data protection
We take reasonable measures to protect data from unauthorized access or against loss, misuse or alteration by third parties. Although we make good faith efforts to store collected data from our Service in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public (except user generated content publicly available on our game), we cannot guarantee the absolute security of that information during its transmission or its storage on our systems. Further, while we attempt to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party “hackers” from illegally obtaining access to this information. We do not warrant or represent that your information will be protected against, loss, misuse, or alteration by third parties.

Children
We never knowingly or willingly collect any personal data concerning children.

Access

• You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining necessary devices for playing our Game, including but not limited to mobile phones and pads, and for device fees, including but not limited to Internet fees, data fees and electricity fees. You recognize that these fees are paid to third parties not relevant to this Agreement and shall not incur any liability of us under this Agreement.
• We may update our Game from time to time, which may temporarily restrict your access to the Game for a period of time and result in the modification of the content of the Game. We are not liable for any losses incurred by such updates except for those due to our intent or negligence. Unless under an urgent circumstance, we will inform you of such update in advance.
• In the circumstance that our Game is in a “test period” or a “beta version” or something of that kind, your access to our Game may be subject to specific rules, such as limited period or limited number of users to access to the Game, privilege of some users to access to the Game, our reserved rights to modify or delete the game data of users, and irregular shut down of the Game servers.

Changes To The Privacy Policy
‍We will continue to evaluate this Privacy Policy in order to keep up with changing user needs, enhanced technologies, and as we develop new service offerings, and we may make changes to the Privacy Policy accordingly. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. When changes are made to this Privacy Policy, we will revise the “Effective Date” found at the beginning of this Privacy Policy.
